Spinach eggs

Składniki
  

  • 500 g of fresh spinach
  • 200 g of mushrooms halved
  • a handful of cherry tomatoes cut in half
  • 200 ml of single cream
  • 2 tablespoons of butter
  • 3 cloves of garlic crushed
  • salt
  • pepper
  • pinch of paprika
  • a pinch of ground cumin
  • a pinch of nutmeg
  • 3 large eggs

Method
 

  1. Put the butter in a pan and melt it. Add the mushrooms in hot, melted butter and fry them together for a while. Then add the tomatoes. Fry for a few minutes. Add spices and garlic. Add the spinach and simmer until it wilts. Add cream. Simmer together for a few minutes. Make holes in the spinach. Crack an egg into each of the holes. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Cover with a lid and cook until until the eggs are cooked the way you like them.
