Method
For the filling
- Fry the onion in a pan. Place the remaining ingredients in a blender, add the warm onion and blend until smooth. Set aside to cool.
For the dumpling dough

- For ravioli
- Divide pasta dough into fourths; roll 1 portion to 1/16-in. thickness. (Keep pasta covered until ready to use.)
