Składniki
  

  • 250 g of mascarpone cheese or full fat soft cheese
  • 2 cups of plain flour
  • 2 yolks
  • 1/2 cup of brown sugar
  • 4 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 2 tsp of baking powder
  • 5 medium pears peeled and halved
  • Additionally
  • sour cream mixed with powdered sugar
  • roasted almond flakes

Method
 

  1. Brush a 25 cm cake tin with butter and sprinkle with breadcrumbs.
  2. Knead all ingredients. Place the dough in a springform pan. Line up and press pears on top.
  3. Bake in an oven preheated to 180 C for about 45-50 minutes. Pour over the icing. Decorate
