Składniki
  

For the corn
  • 4 corn cobs
  • 2 cans of coconut milk
  • 1 cup of water
For marinate
  • 2 tablespoons of miso paste
  • 2 tablespoons of soft butter
  • 4 tablespoons of grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon of smoked paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon of cumin
Additionally
  • 1 tablespoon of Parmesan cheese flakes
  • coriander

Method
 

  1. Boil the corn in a mixture of coconut milk and water for about 15 minutes.
  2. While the corn is boiling, combine all the ingredients of the marinate. Rub the ready-made paste on the cooked corn cobs. Sprinkle the prepared flasks with Parmesan flakes, put them in the preheated oven to 180 C for about 5 minutes.
