- Pea puree
- Cut the peeled potatoes into 4 parts. Boil in salted water. 5 minutes before the end of cooking, add the green peas. Cook together until tender. Strain. Place in a blender, add butter and cream. Season to taste with salt, pepper and nutmeg. Mix with a blender until smooth.
For cod
- Rinse the fish, dry it and sprinkle with salt.
- Rub the fish on both sides with garlic, lemon and oil. Prepare the tray. Place the fish on a parchment-lined tray. Cover. Bake covered for about 20 minutes at 180 degrees. At the end of cooking, uncover the dish - the fish will brown slightly.
For the blue cheese sauce
- Add the cheese to the melted butter in a saucepan and heat it up, stirring constantly. Add the wine and stir vigorously until the cheese is melted. Add cream and pepper.
