- In a large frying pan, heat the oil and fry the onion, add the garlic, chilli, cumin and oregano. Fry for 1 minute, stirring constantly.
- Add minced beef. Fry with spices for a few minutes.
- Add paprika and fry for a while, add sun-dried tomatoes and mix thoroughly. Season with pepper and salt. Add the broth.
- Cover and simmer for about 30 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add drained and rinsed red beans and cook covered for a few minutes. Remove the lid and cook until a thick sauce is formed.
