Method
For the dumplings
- Place the carrots in a blender and mush them. While mixing, add one egg and blend for a while. Transfer to a larger bowl, add garlic, spices and a pinch of salt. Add the flour and knead it well. Boil the dumplings by adding them to boiling water with oil. Cook them as if they were put on a spoon. Cook for 3 minutes after rising to the surface. Remove with a slotted spoon and put on a plate
For sage butter
- Melt butter in a frying pan. Put the sage leaves on the melted butter and fry. When they get crunchy, you can remove the pan from the fire.
- Serve the dumplings covered with butter and sprinkled with Parmesan cheese
