Składniki
  

  • 6 hard-boiled eggs
  • 1 raw egg
  • salt and pepper
  • 2 tbs breadcrumbs
  • 1 white roll
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh dill
  • breadcrumbs to coat
  • frying oil

Method
 

  1. Crush the hard-boiled eggs thoroughly with a fork. Add raw egg, salt, pepper, soaked and pressed white roll. Add two tablespoons of breadcrumbs and dill. Mix thoroughly, form cutlets. Cover in bredcrumbs
  2. Heat oil in a pan. When it is hot, put the cutlets in, reduce the heat to moderate and fry slowly, browning for about 3 minutes, turn over and repeat frying
