  • Sprinkle the sliced ​​tenderloin lightly with salt, and sprinkle with oregano and thyme on both sides. Set aside for about 1 hour. Meanwhile, put the oil in a frying pan and toss the onion over the hot oil. Lightly salt the onion and sauté. Add the garlic and simmer for two minutes.
  • In a separate frying pan, melt the butter and fry the tenderloins on both sides (two minutes per side), until golden brow. Add the onion to the fried sirloin and pour the broth. Simmer for a while and add the French mustard. Mix. Then add the soy sauce. Mix again. Then add the paprika mustard (not necessarily) and finally the cream. Season with freshly ground pepper. Combine, boil for 5 minutes and the tenderloins should be ready
