Sprinkle the sliced tenderloin lightly with salt, and sprinkle with oregano and thyme on both sides. Set aside for about 1 hour. Meanwhile, put the oil in a frying pan and toss the onion over the hot oil. Lightly salt the onion and sauté. Add the garlic and simmer for two minutes.
