Wash breasts and cut them to obtain a piece of meat that can be spread flat. Season the inside of the breast with spices. Spread ajvar on the meat and sprinkle with crumbled feta. Roll into the roll. Wrap each breast with 4 slices of Parma ham. Put the breasts packets in a casserole dish. Put in the oven preheated to 180 C and bake for about 40 minutes
For pepper sauce
Cut the peppers in half and remove the seed nests. Fry onions and peppers ina hot oil.
Add the dried tomatoes and garlic. Add the stock. Cover for about 15 minutes. In the end add the cream. Season with salt and pepper.
Allow to slightly cool and blend.
Serve chicken breast with sauce and any vegetables
