  • Break the meat lightly with a pestle. Then sprinkle them with oregano, thyme, salt and pepper. Rub with garlic on both sides. In a deep frying pan with hot oil, fry the slices on both sides in hot oil.
  • Then pour the broth over the meat and simmer for about 30 minutes. After this time, add sweet and smoked paprika. Stir and add the tomato paste. Cook the meat until the meat is tender and reduce the sauce.
