For dumplings

  • 2 eggs
  • 1 and 3/4 cups of plain flour
  • 1/2 cup of water
  • pinch of salt

For vegetables

  • 2 red peppers cut into strips
  • 200 g mushrooms cut in half
  • 6 broccoli florets divided into smaller parts
  • 1/4 of savoy cabbage shredded
  • 7 wine tomatoes halved
  • 1 tablespoon of Provencal herbs
  • 3 cloves of garlic finely chopped garlic
  • 2 tablespoons of butter
  • 1 tablespoon of tomato puree
  • Parmesan flakes optional

For dumplings

  • Beat the egg with a fork, add salt. Sprinkle some flour and mix with a spoon. Then add a little water and mix again.   • In a frying pan, melt the butter and add the paprika. Fry and add the garlic. Then add the mushrooms. Fry with paprika and season with herbs. Add the cabbage and stir. Add broccoli. Sprinkle with water, season with salt and pepper. Now add the tomatoes and fry together for a while. Finally, add the tomato puree. Simmer another few minutes and add the cooked dumplings. Stir and serve hot sprinkled with Parmesan cheese
