For muffins

  • 2 ½ glasses of flour
  • 2½ teaspoons of baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon of salt
  • ¾ glass of soft butter
  • 1 ½ cup of sugar
  • 100 g of white chocolate
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 1/4 cup of buttermilk
  • 20 medium fresh strawberries

For the frosting

  • 1 tablespoon of sweet cream
  • powdered sugar optional

Additionally

  • 10 strawberries halved for decoration

For muffins

  • Place the butter in the bowl and beat with mixer until fluffy, buttery. Start adding sugar, spoon by spoon. Beat together with the butter for about 2 minutes. After this time, start adding eggs. After each egg, mix until the ingredients combine. Then add the flour and baking powder. When the ingredients combine, pour in the buttermilk. Blend until smooth. Then add the chopped chocolate pieces.
  • Apply the dough with an ice cream spoon. Place dough and in the middle put strawberry. Put the muffins in the oven preheated to 180 C for about 25 minutes. After baking, let it cool down, decorate with icing and strawberries

For the frosting

  • Place the cream and powdered sugar in a small bowl and mix until the desired consistency
